Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Tourify website and services provided by Tourify (“we,” “us,” “our”). By using our website and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
Booking and Payment
- Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment or a deposit as specified.
- Payment Terms: A non-refundable deposit of 20% of the total booking amount is required at the time of booking. The remaining balance must be paid 30 days before departure.
- Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, and bank
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Up to 30 Days Before Departure: Full refund minus a 5% processing
- 29-15 Days Before Departure: 50% refund of the total booking
- 14-7 Days Before Departure: 25% refund of the total booking
- Less Than 7 Days Before Departure: No
Changes to Bookings
- Change Requests: Can be made up to 14 days before
- Change Fee: A change fee of 10% of the total booking amount will be
Force Majeure
In the event of natural disasters, pandemics, or political instability that are beyond the control of Tourify, we will offer a full refund or the option to reschedule the trip at no additional cost if the event occurs up to 7 days before departure.
Travel Insurance
- Mandatory Insurance: All travelers are required to purchase travel insurance that covers trip cancellations, medical emergencies, and travel delays.
- Proof of Insurance: Must be provided 30 days before
Liability
Tourify is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage sustained during the trip. Travelers are advised to have appropriate travel insurance coverage.
Use of Website
- Acceptable Use: You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose or in any way that may harm our reputation.
- Intellectual Property: All content on our website is the property of Tourify and is protected by copyright laws.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Georgia.
