Loina is a great host. Always responsive and helpful. The apartment is in a new building. The view on the valley is stunning. Was very pleased with all the amenities, the kitchen is fully equipped with various glasses, cups, plates, etc. a lot of plaids, towels and pillows were available. The balcony has a great veiw, it was a delight to have a breakfast watching mountains and the serene valley of the town. Definitely recommend Loina as a host and the apartment to stay.

It was such a wonderful stay for me and my family ..we booked two apartments at the same property (kokhta) ..it was well equipped with everything you may need for a short or long stay..beautiful area right next to the ski lifts and forest..7 minutes drive to 25 ski park and the closest supermarket is only 15 minutes away by walking..we truly loved the stay there very spacious and comfortable..book with Liona without hesitation ❤️❤️❤️will definitely book with her again of we come back to Bakuriani

Loina is an incredibly exceptional host. Although there was an issue with the unit we initially ordered, Loina promptly provided clear explanations and offered an equally delightful alternative. The place itself is truly comfy, especially with the cozy fireplace adding to its charm.
